We work hard to make our products to your satisfaction and we only use best stones and materials available on the market. However, we understand that returns may happen for different reasons. Thus, we are offering the RISK-FREE options to buy from us.
You can return any purchase made on ClubEquilibrium.com website within 90 days from the date of order. There are no restocking fees! However, if 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note if you paid for the shipment, including an express one, the shipping costs are not refundable.
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING AN ITEM FOR THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE. MAKE SURE TO HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER READY.
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your returning item must be 100% unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original and undamaged packaging/jewelry box, in reselable condition, with all unused accessories and tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse the return and refund if the returning items or accessories have been used or damaged or the pre-attached tag has been removed.
Please note that due to nature of the product, the Gift Cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending your item back.
Please note that terms of any special offers like "Buy 2 and Get 1 Free" (2+1) are only valid if no items from the offer are returned. There is no "FREE" item, if some items (not all of them) from the deal are returned for a refund. If any item/s from the deal is (are) returned for a refund, the "FREE" item will no longer be free for the buyer and the buyer will be charged a full amount of that FREE item on the day of return. The buyer is eligible for a full refund only if ALL items from the deal are returned and all of them are in a BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition with all tags, packaging and accessories attached.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order you have to email us before 11am, Central Standard Time (Chicago Time) of the same day, when the order is placed. If it was placed after 11am, CST, then email us within 1 hour of order placement. However, we cannot guarantee that the order has not been shipped already.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are not approved for the refund, then the item will be sent back to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@clubequilibrium.com and send your item along with your receipt and your request to:

Exchange for another size:
If you need to exchange the item to another size, we can do it once for no charge, considering that the item is at 100% brand new and unused conditions with all tags attached. There is no need to send us the Jewelry box, if you only need to exchange the item for another size. Please carefully pack the item in a Ziploc bag and ship it to us in a Bubble Padded Envelope or in a mailer box.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Also, the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of paid shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged on a way back to us. Please insure your returned package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
